Starting Saturday, August 6th all schedules will be published using the scheduling software WHEN I WORK. All scheduling requests for time off and shift swapping will be handled through it as well.
Schedules will be available via the web, mobile devices, and through their Android or iOS app.
You will be notified via email and/or text message when the first schedules are posted and on how to create your account to access them.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ON CURRENT REQUESTS FOR TIME OFF:
I have already input already submitted and approved requests for time off and schedule availability into the new system. Please review that I have not missed anything when you create your account!
